Manufactured using high performance closed cell, cross-linked polyethylene (Trocellen) foam. It won’t break down from repeated bending or compression, outlasting mats made with cheaper non-cross-linked foam. The bonding process fuses the vinyl and the foam together for a permanent and virtually indestructible bond.
We now have the Flexi-Connect joining system available. The velcro flap is built in to the mat at time of manufacture which removes the necessity of using tape to join the mats together.
